[問題] 關於游泳與伏地挺身
各位好
小弟大概每隔三天左右固定會做伏地挺身5組(20*5=100)
游泳的話大概自由式1200m 30分鐘!
想問一下若游泳輔助伏地挺身
會增加肌耐力嗎?
希望可以增加自己連續游自由式的耐力(不會太喘)
目前連續200M 還OK!
