[考題] 104教檢 青發Q.19
九年級的小芬常感到緊張、焦慮,一旦考試成績不好,心裡就產生前途完蛋了的想法。這
種思考的特性為下列何者?
(A)誇大(magnification)
(B)個人化(personalization)
(C)過度類化(overgeneralization)
(D)極端化的思考(polarized thinking)
這題我個人是選 C
想法是他把考試的表現(一件負面的事)放到他前途(結論)上面,
但是有人說好像這兩件事要有類似的關係才行,
例如一次數學考不好-->以後都考不好。
所以以這題來看的話不能看成說
考試考不考-->以後都考不好-->人生完蛋了
嗎??

內文寫到「把符合某件意外事件的極端信念不適當的用在不太一樣的事件或情境中」
但是她舉例卻是舉相似事件的,這邊我就不清楚到底要類似還是不同的事件。
