Subleasing a room with an own bathroom in the room in 4b4b unit for 2020 sprin
g. The location is at 134 Pierce St (Campus Edge) which is super close to the
campus (one block away). The monthly rent is $649 excluding water and electric
ity which are around $35 totally each month. You can expect to pay around $685
monthly. My room comes with a full-size indoor parking spot. There are tons o
f facility in this apartment such as swimming pool, study room, club room, gym
, and sauna. Two of my roommates will stay and they are super nice, clean and
quiet. Also my unit has a kitchen. My roommates never use it. The moving-in da
te is pretty flexible. You can even move in in this semester, but just make su
re you will live here until the end of 2020 spring semester.
