[問題] Apply for material engin.,Texas Austin

各位好，目前在申請Texas Austin的材料系博班(Texas Materials Institute)，
但是不確定是要在ApplyTexas系統申請還是OpenAM登入(需UT EID)。
在OpenAM裡說要先完成ApplyTexas的申請再來這邊繼續填
