first floor of the building(pay by creditcard).
The surrounding is very safe and the whole building has around 50 one-bedroom
apartments. Most of the tenants are scholars with Masters or PHD degrees.
My apartment is fully furnished, you just need to move in with your personal b
elongings.
Since I am moving to a new place, after the sublet, if you like it, you can re
nt it for long term after end of June.
Upfront payment is needed and ID (Passport, Driver's license and StudentCard)
needs to be verified for security purpose.
