[問題] 申請書及財力證明保證書填寫問題
最近在著手填寫申請書及財力擔保書
但遇上了一些不太明白的地方
Q1
我是用線上申請的方式送出申請書
送出後的隔天收到了學校的回信
Note the information you have provided has been added to
the OOO College (ELI) I-20 application form here attached which you need
to sign and send to the school.
Please review, update, revise, sign and send the attached with your photo to
Ms. OOO (Email Add).
學校回信有附加一個 ELI Application的檔案
基本資料已經幫我Key In了
這樣我是要review, update, revise, 列印出來後簽名
然後在附上我的照片(大頭照)，Mail給學校相關處理人員嗎?
之後再將所有文件郵寄到學校ELI Office呢?

balance, deposit & withdrawls.
之前爬文看到有些學校是需要銀行對帳單的
不過台灣沒有銀行對帳單，只有存摺
感覺上只有存摺才符合*An official document of monthly account activity,
including account number,balance, deposit & withdrawls.
我的贊助人是我媽媽
已經申請了銀行存款(餘額)證明
不知道這樣的文件符合嗎?

學校制式的Affidavit of Support上
I receive an annual income of $ ________ (in U.S. dollars) from
this employment.* └填媽媽的年收入
*Attach a current salary confirmation statement written by that employer or
verification of annual income for self-employed or retired
individuals. The employer statement or verification of annual income must be
written in English or come with a certified translation.
黃字的部分，我是否可以提供媽媽的扣繳憑單或是綜所稅納稅證明書?
還是要請媽媽向公司申請每月薪資所得證明?
申請到媽媽的每月薪資所得證明後(因為全是中文)
我需要翻譯+公證嗎?
