I am looking for a female roommate to share a condo located at
Monrovia/Arcadia. There are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room,
and living room. It's a furnished room with a full size bed, table, chair,
and a bookshelf. You will have your own room and bathroom. There is a small
patio outside of the first floor. The monthly rent is $1000 including all
utilities. Washer and dryer are in the unit. The contract will be 6 months
then month-by-month. It will be available around mid-December.
A little bit about myself… I am a working professional. I am a very active
person. I enjoy outdoor activities, trying new things, and keeping myself
busy. I am looking for a female roommate who can keep the condo clean. If you
