[問題] USC的IELTS寄送
想請問一下，有申請USC或是有用過IELTS電子成績單服務的同學們，
在USC的申請網頁上面寫說：
To submit your IELTS to USC, please select the "University of Southern
California" from the list of available institutions when you register to take
the IELTS test. DO NOT ENTER the name, contact information, or mailing
address of specific USC departments. You may also request IELTS results be
sent to USC after you receive your scors by contacting the test center where
you took the test and request that your results be send to the University of
Southern California electronically, NOT BY MAIL. USC will only accept IELTS
scores sent electornically and not paper test forms.
但是在British Council要申請電子成績單時，
他需要我填入收件人跟收件地址，
想要問一下有沒有人之前發生過這個問題，然後該怎麼解決？
