Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Vancouver, Washington, HIPR Consultancy is
searching for one Bilingual Human Resources Associate/Interpreter/Translator
to join our team
at the new branch of Austin, TX.
The candidate will need to utilize translation and Interpretation skills to
enforce efficient
and clear internal communication regarding various HR policies.
The candidate will need to be able to mitigate cultural differences within
the team.
Candidates who are interested in the position should be able to work 40 hours
every week.
Human Resources Intern Requirements:
Chinese Translation and Oral Interpretation Skills
Have excellent English writing, editing and speaking skills.
Be detail-oriented.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Be self-motivated.
Have a positive attitude.
Have a professional demeanor.
Good at time management and multitasking.
Understand federal and state employment laws.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruiting of new employees.
Manage employees' benefits, payroll and attendance.
Manage employees' quarterly evaluations.
Assist with the development of training materials for new hires.
Ensure Company complies with all federal and state employment laws and
regulations.
Overtime is paid 1.5 to 2.0 times of the base hourly rate. The comprehensive
benefit plan includes: short term and long term disability insurance, health,
dental and vision insurance, optional 401 (K), gym membership, paid leaves
and paid holidays. H1B and other working visa sponsorship are available for
international students.
