[問題] 教授的回信 有機會嗎
各位有經驗的大大
我想請問一下
前幾天小妹寄信給一位美國教授
教授在兩小時內回覆我
教授回覆我的信如下
Thank you for expressing interest in my work and the work of our center. When
are you looking to begin a PhD program? I don’t have any PhD pre-doctoral
fellowships open at the moment but I might within a couple of years. But I’m
happy to talk because if it is a good fit and the student is strong
academically we can sometimes find additional support.
Please let me know your timeline and a little more about your career goals
and what you are looking to study.
於是我隔一天回了一封
內容是我甚麼時候要念 和 我的生涯規畫還有一些idea的信 約300字
信中我寫我想明年八月入學 今年申請
但我寄信後過了兩天了
教授沒有回信
因為跟之前兩小時回復實在差很多
想請問版友有沒有人有類似經驗可以跟我說
是我太急了嗎? 還是我太早寄了 他也覺得不急呢?
或是他打消念頭了= =
整天收信看信箱也不是辦法QQ
