[租屋] UW Seattle subleasing a townhouse
I am subleasing a townhouse that I rent. It is close to bus stops. The time
takes to travel with bus:
1. Around 30 minutes to bus to UW Seattle
2. Around 20 minutes to bus to Shoreline Community College during daytime
3. Around 30 minutes to downtown Seattle
4. Around 25 minutes to bus to UW Bothell
There are currently two rooms, you have your own bathroom, furniture includes,
I will charge you $700, and utilities are all included. If two people are
renting together, that is doable too, please let me know ahead of time, and
that will be $1,000, same with utilities. Price is negotiable. For more
