[租屋] UIUC summer sublease, 2013六月到八月
大家好, 我officemate 打算sublease 他的房間 (studio, furnished).
是一間單人的studio, 沒有室友, 也不會留他的東西在裡面(有家具)。
時間：2013, 六月到八月初 （彈性）
房租是 $435/month, 375 ft^2, 水費每月$33 無限, 電費夏天大約 $30~$40/month
Studio, 附家具, 靠近 County market (賣場) and far east (中式賣場),
走路到union 十分鐘內, 房間在二樓, 有24hr門禁管理
鄰近公車站: 2/20 Red, 1/100 Yellow (Walmart, marketplace),
120 Teal (CRCE gym), 9 Brown (ARC gym)
也可以走路約六七分鐘到green street 有 5/50 Green 公車
