我是幫我美國同事 在這代po 如果有對這位置有興趣 請直接聯絡他 我不會在站內回信 有提供足以讓你在德國生存的獎學金 相關資訊如下 也非常歡迎轉錄到其他版去 謝謝 Our current research focuses on the development and utilization of advanced optical techniques (FRET, TIRF, FCS…) and molecular biosensors to quantify the spatiotemporal dynamics of protein-protein interaction. We are using these tools to study G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) mediated signaling pathways and to develop computational models to characterize these interaction networks. Although a vast body of work has already uncovered many general features of these signaling cascades, these features rarely receive quantitative treatment. By combining quantitative optical/computational techniques we are working to better understand receptor-pathway promiscuity and crosstalk as well and the roles of canonical vs.non-canonical pathways in regulating cellular processes such as changes in membrane potential and gene transcription. Eligible candidates should have: * M.Sc./Diploma (or equivalent) in Biology, Physics, or a related science/engineering discipline * Good knowledge of molecular/cellular biology and biophysics * Experience with fluorescence microscopy * Good written and verbal command of the English language The successful candidate will work on a research project funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) Research Center for Nanoscale Microscopy and Molecular Physiology of the Brain (CNMPB) and benefit from working in the dynamic and international environment provided by the Max-Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry and the larger collaborative structure of the Göttingen Research Campus. The Max Planck Society is committed to employing more handicapped individuals and especially encourages them to apply. Please send your application to Dr. Andrew Woehler (awoehle@gwdg.de<mailto:awoehle@gwdg.de>). Be sure to include a cover letter (including a brief statement of motivation), a CV, all academic certificates, course records, and contact information of two references. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 134.76.223.50
