Looking for a room with a private bathroom and huge living space?
Here is it is!
I will be out of town for the summer, so I have to sublease my room at
Woodbridge apartment on 10th street. It will be available from 5/4 to 7/25.
You can sign a new contract after that. It is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
apartment with a huge living room. You can use my furniture if you want
(furniture in the photos below). The rent is only $434 per person per month,
which is cheaper than most of the apartments in town. This rent does not
include utilities. My roommate is a neat person who is clean and
friendly. You would need to share living room and kitchen with him.
