[問題] UIUC 財力證明
我申請的是UIUC 的MSA
submit之後學校跟我說:Missing Declaration and Certification of finance form

可是我提供的bank statement是我自己的戶頭，並沒有贊助人阿?
這樣的話這個表要怎麼填呢? 我有寄信去問學校，他給我的回覆是說還是要填，
之後我又再寄了一封信問她，

當初如果bank statement是開自己的戶頭，有在另外填這個表嗎? 要怎麼填呢
