[問題] 關於Berkeley online app
各位學長好
最近在申請berkeley MS時
在Transcript upload選項
原本是以為要上傳和寄紙本
但仔細一看
For review and decision purposes we accept electronic versions of your
academic records. Transcripts and other required academic records should be
uploaded with the application. They are considered "unofficial." If an offer
of admission is made, you will be required to send us official paper
documents for verification. Offers will not be considered final until we have
received the official documents that match the uploaded record.
請問黃字部分意思是說等有被錄取的話才需要要寄紙本嗎?
想說若不需要先寄的話可以省下一筆
但又怕自己搞錯意思 申請失敗
希望有申請經驗的大大能回答一下!

P.S. 申請BERKELEY似乎不需要財力證明?
