[問題] 請教有申請哈佛經驗者關於申請表格問題

我正在申請Harvard研究所，但在申請表格中的Abstract of Courses處有疑問，不知道
有無版友有經驗者可以為我解答？謝謝

由於我已經在台灣念過研究所，且詢問過Harvard系辦，對方說必須列上BA及MA的成績，
但是我在填的時候格子只能放上一個就沒辦法再填入，請問這部分怎麼解決？

我不清楚Descriptive title前面這個空格要填什麼？而且如果是兩學期的課，後面成績
該怎麼填？另外，由於有些課名比較長，無法填入全名，這也該怎麼解決？
本來以為是用additional academic material，但此處只有上傳空間，所以不太清楚怎麼弄
