[問題] 確認是否需要GRE成績

Graduate Record Examination (GRE):
Required of international students who earned a bachelor's degree (or
equivalent) from an institution whose main language of instruction is
English, whether the institution is in or outside the United States.
Applicants who hold an advanced degree (MA, MS, MBA, JD, LLM, PhD) are
strongly encouraged, but not required, to submit official GRE results. The
GRE is required of all PhD applicants.
在下想申請American University的International Development MA
Admission網頁中看到AU對於國際學生的GRE要求
想請問板友以上的文字是不是就代表不需要看GRE成績呢？
因為GRE考得不是很好
想說怎麼這麼夢幻
剛好就不用看GRE呢XDDD
希望能請板友幫忙鑑定一下
