[租屋]Pittsburgh-Furnished 1BR apt for sublet
I will be doing my dissertation research in Asia from Sept 1, 2012 to July
31, 2013. So, I am looking for someone to sublet my 1BR apartment (fully
furnished, including furnitures, electronics, cookwares etc.).
Laundry is available in the basement
This apartment is pet-free and smoke-free. It is located in Shadyside.
3 mins walk to Rite Aid and Giant Eagle. 5 mins walk to Whole Foods, Walgreens
and Starbucks. 1 or 2 mins walk to bus stops (71A, 71C, 77, 87).
Free parking spaces.
I am a clean and neat freak. So, a clean and neat subletter is preferred.
One month rent is $660 + electricity. Deposit ($660) is required.
