[問題] 體檢中的視力檢查
請問在體檢表上面問到的
"Do you wear glasses?" "Do you wear contact lenses?"
"If yes, you must attach a copy of your prescription or formula."
這個絕大部分的台灣人都要回答 yes 的題目，大家會另外去眼科做report嗎？
需要提供到多詳細的prescription或formula呢？
像一般眼鏡行的驗光，也會有度數，這樣足不足夠呢？
