This is the closest apartment complex to the UMich Medical campus.
Description: This is a 2 bedroom condominium adjacent to the UMich nursing
school (kingsley/inglass);a few minutes walk to MEDICAL, MAIN campus and
downtown; includes heat & water. Coin laundry at basement. No pets.
Has adequate natural lighting all around the apartment. I am looking for
one female roommate who will share the rental fee. A room will be $650.00
per month + 1.5 months security deposit. The room will be available starting
on 5/1/2012. If the individual chooses to pay the rental fee for all 12
months at once, there will be a discount on the fee.
The current resident is a female UMich nursing student who speaks both
English and Mandarin.
