SUMMER Sublease. $600 for one / $1200 for two in Shared Spacious Studio.
Bedroom area in a spacious and bright STUDIO with loft. $600/month for shared
bedroom space or $1200/month for the entire bedroom space. WiFi, Utilities
(water, power and gas) included.
Unfurnished. There is a full size bed which you can buy if you prefer, or
which I can remove.
We have dining area, kitchen, bathroom, big closet for two and storage.
Laundry (washer/dryer) within the building.
One other housemate is living in the loft over the summer. She is a UCLA
student, nice respectful and easy-going Asian girl. You will be sharing
common areas with her.
Very convenient neighborhood. Just 5 mins walking distance to UCLA, CVS,
coffee shops, Trader Joe's, Whole foods, Ralphs and bus stops.
Lots of street parking.
FEMALE only. Sorry, no drugs, drama, or heavy smokers.
First month rent and one month rent for deposit to move in. Available in the
mid June to September 13th.
