[租屋] UT Austin_Female Roommate Wanted
We are two Taiwanese girls looking for a third roommate
(female only)to share a furnished 3-bedroom apartment with us.
The apt will be available this May. We keep our apt clean
and do not party at home.
You will have your own room and share a big bathroom(two sinks)
with another roommate. A bed and closet are in the room already,
and you can ask for a dresser if you need it, so all you need
may be just a desk and a chair. Because the room you are moving
in is a bit smaller than the other two rooms, so you will have
a storage room in the hallway to put your books, clothes...etc.
Rent is divided equally among three of us, you will pay $533
per month. This includes all the utilities ( electric, water,
trash and such) but not the Internet. We will share the
Internet together, $10 per person.
The location of the apt is very good. Very convenient and quiet,
unlike west campus,and it's closer to school compared to Far West.
It's on the Red River/ 42st and right across the street from
the Hancock center. 2-5 mins walk to HEB, Sears, Radio Shack,
Fitness Center and lots of restaurants. The bus stop is just
at the front door. You can take RR to school and Metro 10 to
downtown. It takes 5 mins to school by bus. It's OK if
you don't have a car.

房東人不錯，apt 地點好，而且很大，大概40坪(1400 square feet)，
