以下是來自USC viterbi school的情報，有興趣者參考看看吧 Dear Viterbi Faculty: I’m excited to announce that USC and the Taiwan Ministry of Education have established the USC-Taiwan Fellowships partnership. This joint partnership will provide Ph.D. students from Taiwan support for full tuition and living stipends as they pursue advanced degrees at the university. These fellowships are intended for incoming Taiwanese students wishing to pursue a PhD degree at USC. If you have outstanding Taiwanese students who have applied to your program for Fall 2012, please advise them to also apply to the Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan by Monday January 16, 2012.
