[問題] 有關OSU以及Stanford推薦信的問題
我申請了這兩間2012秋季的材料PhD program.
但是推薦函人選的一位教授表示他一直沒收到進入寫推薦信系統的密碼
而就所知OSU和Stanford都是用同一個線上申請的系統,我真的不知道出了什麼問題...
已經寄信去OSU問了,但是deadline就是明天...真的不知道該怎麼辦才好...
請問有人有這種情況過嗎? 該怎麼解決呢?
還有一個問題就是,OSU之前我申請完,他有寄信給我,信中表示:
Remember that application materials must be sent to two different
university offices - the Graduate Admissions Office and the graduate
program office. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the
required materials reach the correct location.
所以我本來要把我的文件寄到兩個地方. 但是我又在材料系的網頁上面看到
底下這個資訊:
Change of policy: (effective 11/1/11) Prior to 11/1/11 two paper copies of
all transcripts were required; one was to be sent to Admissions and one to
the MSE-WE department. This is no longer necessary. Only one paper copy is
required and this is to be sent to the Admissions Office address above. The
Admissions Office will scan the transcript and the MSE-WE program will print
a copy of the scanned document for our records.
這是表示我只要寄文件到Graduate Admissions Office就好嗎? 之後他會幫我把資料
再掃描給系上? 因為一個資訊是收到信件的,另一個是我自己在網站上看的
我不是很確定是不是只要寄到一個地方就好,希望大家可以幫忙解答囉!
