今年度開始台灣學生將被視為是in-state學生
因此學費尚將比照南卡州居民僅負擔in-state tuition

Dear Professor Juang:
I wanted to follow up with you on Dr. Jackson’s message of July 29. As she
mentions, at their July meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the waiver of
out-of-state tuition for students who are residents of Sister States of South
Carolina as approved by the South Carolina legislature. As you know, one of
these Sister States is the Province of Taiwan, Republic of China.
