I'm about to graduate in December before Christmas, so I will sublet
my room for the rest of the contract at a better price.
Location: central campus (Kerrytown area, S Division & Lawrence)
Near Farmer's market, co-op supermarket, and Zingerman's
Move-in: January 1st (negotiable)
Room: one of the 2 bed-room apartment.
furnished (one queen-sized bed, a desk, a big drawer, and a build-in
closet)
Fee: $600 w/heat included
Contract: January 2012-August 2012, it's renewable.
There will be another roommate in the other room. She's Taiwanese & UM alumni.
