One bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment at Karen Arms (around Sherboygan Ave.)
area is available for the fall. Move-in date is 08/11/2011. I am a female
Ph.D student, who is clean, athletic, easygoing, and enjoys biking, museums,
movies, travels, and (by default) reading and writing. I am looking for a
"female roommate" to share the apartment with for next year (the lease is one
year starting from the move-in date), who is hopefully also clean, quiet,
easygoing and "keeps regular hours." Non-smoking and no pet, please. Graduate
student preferred.
The apartment is just minutes away from a huge 24-hour grocery stores,
shopping
mall, bus lines (Route 2, 14 &15 just 15 mins ride to campus), and other
useful amenities, one of the most popular living quarters
among Madison's graduate population. Our unit has basic furniture & appliances
already.
The price is $850 a month, including everything except for electricity and
internet. The expense shared will be $425+half utilities (around $30/month for
each person). It's overall a beautiful, homey apartment and I hope you'll like
it.
