I’m looking for someone to sublet an unfurnished master bedroom.
This room is available from now till 7/16/11.
The new lease for next year will be from 7/16/11 to 7/15/12 and you're
welcome to take it as well.
You’ll have your own toilet & sink, a large walk-in closet, and a desk.
You'll share the bathtub, living room, and kitchen with one roommate.
This is a Toftrees Turtle Creek apartment and 1 minute walk away from "H" bus
stop.
The rent is $516/month per person. (discounted for renewal; 1-month deposit
required)
All utilities are included (electricity, heater, water, air conditioner,
sewer, refuse, expanded cable, storage, and free parking).
The laundry is located in the basement so you don’t need to go outside in
winter.
