租金: 月租785美金，包含網路費，電視有線頻道，電費，水費，網路費，污水處理廢，
維修費用…等等等 你只需要自己付電話費。
活動費用: 225美金一年，但是你只需要付25美元轉讓費用。包含室外游泳池，健身房，
小型電腦中心附設列表機，以及公車車資。
Parkway Plaza地點相當方便，對面就是一個小型的購物中心，有weis超市，所以沒有車
也不必擔心買菜的問題。除此之外還有Rite Aid(類似台灣屈臣氏)，Fuji and Jade(中菜
)，My Thai(泰國菜)，還有口味高達25種的號稱State College最棒的雞翅專賣店。走路
三分鐘就到公車站牌，車程四分鐘即抵達學校，而且公車站旁就是必勝客。公寓每層樓都
附設洗衣機、烘乾機以及垃圾丟棄滑運道，所以不必擔心在寒冷下雪的冬天還要走到戶外
喔。

Sublease one standard unfurnished bedroom (has balcony)
Location: Parkway Plaza Apt.C (face to the Westerly Parkway Plaza Mall)
Time: July 25, 2011 to July23, 2012
Rent: 785 per month (include expanded television cable, electric to property,
water service, refuse collection, lawn maintenance, sewer charges, pest
control charges, high speed internet connection). That means all utilities
included except phone.
Activity fees: 225 (Billed Annually) BUT you only need to pay $25 transfer
fee. This is for outdoor swimming pool, on-site fitness center, computer lab
and bus pass.
Transportation: Cata Bus R(4 minutes to campus)
3 minutes walking to the bus stop
5 minutes walking to Weis supermarket and Rite Aid pharmacy
Close restaurant: Pizza hut (next to the bus stop)
Fuji and Jade (Chinese restaurant), Happy Wings, My Thai (Thai restaurant)
(all across the apartment as Weis supermarket)
Convenience: laundry room and trash chute on every floor
