[問題] 請問這算是錄取通知嗎？
今天收到了一封信
We are pleased to inform you that the Graduate Committee of the Department of
Statistics and Actuarial Science has recommended that you be “conditionally”
admitted to The University of Iowa Graduate College for the fall 2011
semester. In order to change from conditional to regular status you will be
required to complete the following courses with a GPA of 3.25 or higher in
the following courses: 22S:164 (Applied Statistics 1), 22S:165 (Applied
Statistics II), 22S:193 (Statistical Inference I) and 22S:194 (Statistical
Inference II). Final confirmation and the official admission letter will
come from the Office of Admissions after it verifies that you have met all
Graduate College requirements.
他好像還要我補修一些課，請問這樣代表我錄取了嗎？？

然後我在學校的網站上看到了這兩個表格
這是代表說 他要我補修的課，是要去UI第一學期修？
還是我要在台灣先修完，然後才會取得入學資格？
麻煩大家幫幫我～因為這是收到的第一封信，有點期待，又有點害怕..QQ
