[問題] 請問系所錄取通知和正式通知

目前我收到UMichigan系所寄來的通知他們說我通過了審核並會向Rackham Graduate school提出錄取的建議而現在還在進行最後的程序之後會有另一封附有網址的信件通知讓我決定是否前往就讀但是從4/4到今天4/7都還沒接到消息這樣時間算正常嗎?? 會不會有系上審過了但是到之後卻又被打槍的結果看到很多人提到4/15是決定的死線但是我卻完全沒收到通知現在超害怕在沒收到通知的前提下錯過入學機會不知道有沒有人也還沒收到正式的錄取通知或是收到系所通知後隔多久才收到正式的錄取通知最後附上信件內容 Congratulations!
