umcp在學生如果欠學校錢(去health center或是學費雜費)
學校系統就會每個月寄這個東西過來

在這裡的View Monthly Billing Statement或是
Student Account Inquiry可以查
那你是申請的 有可能是你雖然交了錢,但是系統還沒入帳
我記得是你刷完卡之後 還是要人工審核要幾天才會入帳
那還沒入帳當然你就還是算欠學校錢(申請費)
這個系統跟你有沒有錄取沒有直接的關係
