[問題] penn state u(psu) 申請狀態是表示？？
今天去查看psu的申請狀態，
內文如下
Status: As of February 28, 2011, please contact the graduate program
to which you are applying to determine the status of your application.
If you have any questions, please click here to contact
the graduate program to which you have applied.
我依稀彷彿好像記得在February 28的地方原本是寫February 1
也就是申請狀態改過了！！
我沒像版上的人收到email，
這是否表示我就是沒錄取呢？
很怕是打國際電話問心酸的，
先來版上問問有沒有人遇到這種情況過？？
