下雪的季節到了,早上的公車很容易誤點,住學校附近是最好的選擇:)
因為是住客廳所以接受一個月一個月的短期租約,但為確保雙方的權益,
還是需要簽約,但可選擇一個月一個月簽或一次簽約,但若已確定要搬出須提前通知
另有兩位女室友,皆是Upitt的學生,好相處,有任何問題再煩請mail到上面的信箱
