Spacious master bedroom (14' x 12') for rent in a two bedroom one bath
apartment. It is on the second floor with a balcony.
Rent is negotiable. All utilities (heat and water) are included in the rent
except electricity (usually around $15-20 per person per month).
Amenities include ample parking, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, club house,
fitness center, on-site laundry facilities and extra storage space in each
building, tennis courts, swimming pool and sundeck, and 24-hour maintenance.
Within walking distance to CVS, Busch's market, Chase Bank, and public
transportation (AATA bus route 22 to University of Michigan's north campus,
route 2 to University of Michigan's central campus and school shuttle to
University of Michigan Hospital and Medical School)
I need to move out by the end of January, so I am looking for someone to
sublet or take over my lease from the early/mid of January to June 21st. The
start date is flexible, I am able to move out earlier if need be.
