[問題] 關於Michigan State University 財力證明
Hello,
想問大家關於MSU財力證明是否該於submission時一併繳交
，或是，等拿到Admission才寄給學校等I-20？
學校方面我查到的說明如下：

STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL PROOF FOR INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE STUDENTS
Note: A certificate of eligibility (U.S. Department of Justice form I-20) will not be
issued until sufficient financial support is verified by MSU and this form is completed.
GRADUATE Requirements:
Academic year 2010-2011 proof is required for U.S. $33,214.00 for graduate
students who bring no dependents. If you plan to attend summer school, proof is required for an
additional U.S. $13,106.00 for tuition and fees, books, and miscellaneous expenses.
Students who accept a graduate assistantship are required to show financial proof
in the amount of U.S. $12,942.00. Your assistantship stipend is included as a part of this total. If
your assistantship stipend is less than this total, you will need to show financial proof of
at least the difference between this total and your assistantship. You will be responsible for
any portion of living expenses not covered by your assistantship stipend.
The Office of Admissions may require proof of additional funding as costs of
attending Michigan State University may increase periodically.

個人認為應該是等收到Admission確認是否有assistantship後再附上，
請問大家的看法呢？
