因為學校有要求說要先找教授,因為錄取的依據是看有沒有教授願意收我然後我聯絡了系上的一個教授 (信裡會提到sex determination的原因是因為我跟他說我現在在做 sex determination) Dear XXX, I appreciate your interest in working with my research lab. I have been fortunate to work with Dr. XXX and learn about sea turtle biology. Some of the current sea turtle projects that we are working on focus on climate change and sea level rise. At the University of Central Florida we have close associations with the Chelonian Research Institute led by Peter Pritchard and have as our primary study area, the beaches with some of the highest density of loggerhead and green turtle nesting in North America. One of the students who I co-advise with XXX, XXX, has worked on sex determination when she was a research assistant at Florida Atlantic University.
