房屋狀況描述: I've been in this building, this room for 3.5 years,
never really had any problem with laundry machines.
Emergency services 24 hours on-call, for plumping,
electricity, something that is minor
to fix within a short period of time.
Parking lot in rear, or in-door garage near by.
CMU/PITT Shuttle around the corner (Melwood/Centre),
also convenient to catch any major bus lines.
Walking takes 15-20 minutes to CMU Main campus.

出租價格: I am paying $690 a month (not sure if the rent will go up or not),
but all utilities are included. Heat is excellent here,
AC all year long if you provide your own AC.
or You could choose not to have one for $10 less a month.
