[問題] 如何解釋有兩份成績單呢?

先說說我的狀況
我在大學時候成績很糟糕 , 在大二那年被21, 那時有個很天真的想法 ,
以為考個轉學考將來成績單上就不會出現F........真的好傻好天真
於是我就參加了自己系上的轉學考 , 從乙班變成甲班 , 學號當然也變了
現在申請的學校寄了一封信給我 原文如下
We would like clarification regarding your Bachelors transcript. We
actually
have what appear to be two separate transcripts -- the first covers the
2002-2003 and 2003-2004 academic years. The second transcript goes from
2004-2005 onwards and has a different student ID number. Can you please
clarify this unusual situation?
(他寫的時間少了一個 2005-2006 我不知道為什麼)
他是想問我為什有兩份成績單對吧?
還是他只是想確定這兩個ID都是我的?
怎麼回答比較好呢?
There was a student ID transfer in 2004 summer, so there are two IDs.
