The apartment is available as early as December 20, 2010 or negotiable. The
lease ends at the end of May 2011. This is heavily discounted from ($699 vs.
$840) I am paying now, as I always want to get things done in time. Also, you
only need to pay Jan to May 2011. After that, you are more welcome to keep
renting or depart if desired since management office will facilitate the
process.
The unit is 880 sf, one year old. I am a single graduate student at U of I. I
am the first and only renter of this unit. I have no pet and I don't smoke.
If you have pets, the management office does allow cats and small-med size
dogs. It is the first floor with lake view with walk out patio. It is very
clean as I always take my shoes off at home. It also has an attached garage
which is heaven-like for cold or hot or rainy weather in Champaign or after
shopping. There is also free parking outside if you have more than one
vehicle.
