[問題] 白天要不要睡覺阿?
請問一下 讀書時候 會突然很想睡覺 但常常就給他這樣睡下
然後就發現 常常我晚上都睡不著 翻來覆去浪費很多時間
我在想 是不是白天都不要睡 讓自己身體好好習慣
想睡 就稱 稱成一種毅力習慣 最後晚上才會真的累了乖乖睡去
一開始 也許念書會變得沒有效率
但習慣之後呢?
