[疑問] 長期上大夜班該怎麼調適比較好?
身為一個學店出身沒背景沒專長的情況下
跑去竹科做大夜班技術員時間19:20~07:20
整整12小時
目前聽老前輩他們都說他們的身體沒甚麼大礙
但是不管怎樣睡眠一定要夠 休假的時候去運動流汗加強新陳代謝
至於該怎麼吃的話各位有甚麼好建議呢?
像是從早上回來該吃甚麼再睡覺
下午差不多2.3點就起來之後該吃些甚麼
晚上上班前差不多是晚餐的時間是該吃還是不該吃呢
