[疑問] 保肝食品要怎麼吃比較安全?
最近真的有感身體越來越差
到下午就好容易累
雖然平常有在運動也吃得蠻健康的~
但就想說要買些保肝食品來吃
又很怕市面上會有很多不肖商人賣黑心食品.....
吃了如果反而傷身體不就白補了嗎?
而且好像又有體質上的限制~
我想說是不是吃些有保肝成分的B群來補肝就好?
不知道有沒有人吃過??
能不能給我一些意見~~~
