各位有使用正念的經驗或習慣嗎?
我的心理師一直要求我做,每天一次 每次30分鐘以上
但我做不了那麼久,到最後就不想做了
我也不知道自己在討厭「正念」什麼,真的不想做
我的心理師,就喜歡唸說:你們這些學生,因為不用自費治療,就把這個當做沒什麼,那些我在外面自費的個案都乖乖做(正念)
這次更狠還說:如果這次沒有天天做,就繳1500(諮商費)給學校好了,我還給你打折呢,外面自費更貴。
我承認我是在學校用學校的資源,比起在外自費的人,沒有那麼高的積極性,但心理師也說,以我的年紀,可以做到現在這樣也不容易了(我是大學生)
但一定要做正念嗎,沒有其他方法嗎?
話說這次會談我很生氣,心理師一直問我為什麼不做正念?但我真的不知道答案,而引導我找到這個答案和讓我接受正念不正是心理師的工作嗎?
