: 想問的是 c. three ions 為什麼是必須呢？因為題目沒有說限定是動物Na-K+ pump
: 如果是植物的H+ pump也只有1個H離子

這題若是單選題我一定選a，
因為 active transport 不需要 concentration gradient 便可進行，甚至還能對抗它。
而c選項則是如你說的有的需要有的不需要，因此選較佳答案當然是選a。
以上是我的看法, 若有錯誤還請各位高手多多指教XD
p.s.我覺得題目出處不是大家都有，既然題目都貼出來了，為何不連完整選項都貼呢？
這樣討論起來可以更完整，有時候還能發現原本自己沒注意到的細節。
當然，這也是小弟個人淺見啦。
