上週在櫃檯Checkin的時候，地勤一直無法刷出RJ綠寶。我出示實體卡片表示有效期限到S
EP2018.
手動印出貴賓室邀請函後直到貴賓室前才被檔下告知會籍已被降到白板藍卡...超糗
寫信去RJ詢問。3天後回覆表示如果挑戰來的會籍在12個月內沒有飛滿2萬哩。會籍會被降
級。
請問有沒有版友有留底可以證明當初挑戰成功並沒有此限制。
我覺的很怪。因為在往前一點10月中的時候我的綠寶還是有效可用的。我猜是他們10月17
開放了新一波挑戰才新增的條款。但我沒有任何證明可以跟他們爭取。

: 7月申請的時候還沒拿到AA EXP實體卡，
: 附上2、3資料回去後，RJ一直要我補1.實體會員卡，
: 我就把AA客服的mail轉給RJ(mail內容是實體卡出了一些問題會晚點到)，
: 接著他們回覆：
: 「Thank you . Kindly note that once you add the first RJ flight into your RJ
: account that platinum card will be offered for you .」
: 我有再三跟RJ確認，並確認各個不同的經濟艙艙等是不是也可以，
: 他們說只要有miles累積進去就可以，錢買的 RJ flight目前沒有0 miles，所以都可。
: 此外，雖然第一點有要求要12月份以上，但我的僅剩約7個月，也是可以status match

: : 三.確定拿到挑戰後，直接飛一趟，然後回信給RJ，大約一天就升到相對應等級
: 開票，這邊我並沒有直接開HKG-BKK的票，而是搭配順遊西班牙的行程，如下，
: 1. AY70 HKG-HEL, AY3183 HEL-MAD
: 2. AY3270 BCN-HEL, AY69 HEL-HKG, RJ183 HKG-BKK
: 剛好有去西班牙旅遊的打算，所以透過expedia買以上組合票，
: 因為比香港來回還便宜又可以參加挑戰，就這樣買票了，TPE-HKG, BKK-TPE用BA開。
: 里程可以分開累積，前面幾段累積在AA。RJ183累積在RJ for status match
: RJ飛完之後，大概一兩天里成就入帳了，但是但是但是我寫信給RJ他們遲遲沒有回覆，
: 每兩天我就寫一封信，寫了一周他們終於回覆：
: Thank you for your e-mail, the advised document has been saved.
: Kindly note that the status match offer has been suspended for the time bein

: Thank you once more for your interest and we look forward to welcome you on

: 靠，這樣我不就白飛了。
: 然後我就拿著他的「Once you add the first RJ flight into your RJ account that
: platinum card will be offered for you」的句子並截圖給他們說
: 「spended應該是針對還沒申請的人，我兩個月前就申請，也有再三跟你確認，
: 然後我錢花了，假期也耗了，里程也累積進去了，結果跟我說不行，這樣不合理。
: 希望你們再把這個offer提供給我之類的。」
: 後來RJ回覆要我在補上會員卡實體照片，這時候剛好AA卡片也寄來了，
: 我mail回覆過去，隔天就status match成功了。
: 整個過程大概如上
: 有另一個版友9/6飛，很順利的直接拿到。
: 我慢了幾天，就週旋比較久，甚至是直接停止。
: 如果有人想要新申請的，可以再寫信問問看，可能不怎麼樂觀，不確定為何突然停止。
: : 注意事項：請多預留天數，如果挑戰綠寶或藍寶，飛的時候跟回信的時候，
: : 您的會員等級一定要跟挑戰的相符。
: : 我挑戰的時候是綠寶，飛的時候時是藍寶，最後RJ給我藍寶，
: : 應該早幾天飛的，所以有要挑戰要注意一下會員等級。
: : 因為RJ的C有促銷票，HKG-BKK來回常常有港幣2988的促銷，
: : 透過expedia購買還可以拿花旗的回饋，算是很舒適又便宜的挑戰。
: : 另外RJ不只會輸入卡號上系統驗證會員等級
: : 還會寫信給該航空公司驗證喔，所以不要學中國人用偏門，肯定被抓包喔。
