[問題] AA, JL兌換所需哩程
最近剛開始研究AA以及JL兌換獎勵機票需要的里程，但是有些地方看
不太懂，想請有經驗的人解惑。
AA官網上公布了新的兌換表格，網址如下，http://ppt.cc/HS4q
其中有好幾個表格，需要的里程數是用blue dot標示，從Travel from
Central America的表格開始，之後的幾乎都有。表格底下有註明blue
dot的意思，但是看不太懂：# Award travel is available between
these regions as denoted by the availability indicator (blue
dot), however two awards must be claimed as the only service
available is to/from the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
想請問上面這段敘述到底是什麼意思呢？另外要怎麼計算blue dot所
標注的里程數呢？
JL的部分，英文網頁http://ppt.cc/on~X，在2015版的表格上，有標示
[Applicable period] November 5, 2015 - October 31, 2016 (flight
date)，但我對照中文網頁http://ppt.cc/KC48，卻沒有註明這件事情，
所以很疑惑，到底2015的表格，是什麼時候開始生效呢？

所以如果搭AA的班機，從Asia 1 -> Asia 2需要的里程，等於
Asia 1 -> U.S + U.S -> Asia 2這樣嗎
