這是這系列最後一篇啦
在排行程的同時我也一邊用Email跟Marriott的網路客服聯繫
由於我一開始只想著270000點就可以換到C1-C5的萬豪 + 商務艙*2
完全沒先想好要住哪間
等到排行程的時候一查才發現代誌大條了
由於紐約的景點主要都是曼哈頓島上 能住在島上無論去哪個點都會方便許多
但是曼哈頓上都是C6起跳!!!
所以我寄信問了客服說我只有C1-C5的e-certificate 但想要住C6以上的該怎麼辦?
能另外付差額嗎?
服:
用現金付款是不可行滴....不過可以用額外的點數升級reward喔
我:
太好了，那我如果要從7晚的C1-C5 升級到C6以上需要多少?
服:
C6 得+ 30000, C7得 +60000，點數不夠可以買，不過一年只能買五萬點喔
我:
我知道....不過帳號已經買滿50000點了
我想住的是C6, 現在我有兩種方式 1. 先預約飯店，然後明年度把剩下的買滿
2. 用額度未滿的帳戶買進30000點，然後合併那個帳戶來兌換
而且據說你們的分級即將改變，希望我來得及

轉點數可行，不過只能在換reward的時候同時進行，我們需要捐點數的人的簽名，
如果沒問題就把以下資料給我們，我把表格傳真給你
Transferring points is an option that can only be done at the time of
redeeming points for a reward and can only be done in increments of 1,000
points, up to the cost of the reward that is being ordered. If you are ready
to redeem a reward, our office can fax or mail you a point transfer affidavit
that the member donating their points needs to sign authorizing the transfer.
Upon return of the signed affidavit, the points are transferred and the
needed reward is ordered.

客服隔一天回信說OK，東西都收到了，她也把表格傳真給我了，可是我沒收到!!!!
所以我連忙又寄信回去給客服，可是已經遇到美國的Memorial Day Long weekend了
前面爬文看到說這個飯店要5/26以前訂才是舊的分級
可是過完周末都已經來不及了....
我一看到信就趕快回 但放假去就是放假去
一直到禮拜二上班才收到回信
這時候超怕曼哈頓那些C6的全都變成C7 那就又要多買30000點了
服:
不好意思啊，我再傳一次吧
我:
OK，東西都"簽"好了，另外你應該也可以看到我的預約了
我現在要怎麼確認說reward拿到後我的飯店也預約成功了呢?
服:

(ita單人經濟艙一樣路線算出來要 NTD 113113, 稅跟fee就超過10000)
太酷惹! 講給我女朋友聽以後的下場是，下次有這種東西要幫她爸媽開....
總結:
1. 已經有certificate但是要住的旅館等級更高 可以加買點數升級
2. 紐約曼哈頓島上明年起都是C7以上了 請留意
