You said the daylight made you hungry
You said the moonlight was so cold that kept you drowsy
Like the little match girl trembled on the street
Your soul is dying
You thought you could fly without wings
You thought at home there would be someone always waiting
Like the little mermaid chose to leave the sea
You soul is dying
So you open the fridge
Trying to find something to eat
Trying to find a taste that can cure your homesick
Trying to find a company to make you less lonely
Finally the soup is ready
It tastes like a hug from mommy
It tastes like your first scarf knitted by granny
It tastes like your loved ones never leave
Cooking is healing, I believe
